We encourage NHNA members and interested neighbors to attend the Needham Planning Board’s upcoming Zoom meeting on Feburary 3rd at 7:15 pm about proposed rezoning of the Muzi auto dealership and WCVB TV parcels.

The parcels in question were also the subject of a previous town-wide panel discussion in January of 2020 hosted by the Needham Heights Neighborhood Association for which we had a substantial and passionate turnout. The Planning Board has revised its proposed zoning framework as a result of residents’ feedback. We encourage all Members to attend this upcoming meeting to understand the revised proposal.

The Zoom ID number for the meeting is 878-8270-9890. Use Zoom’s “Join a Meeting” option on February 3rd at 7:15 pm to participate. The meeting is scheduled to last until 8:45 pm.
