If you missed the presentation on the proposal for redeveloping the Avery Crossings facility – the old Carter Company Headquarters – you can catch a replay here and on the Needham Channel.

Ted Doyle and Lee Bloom from LCB Senior Living presented their proposal to redevelop the former Carter’s Headquarters/Avery Crossings building at 100 West St. into 155 units of senior housing apartments. The redevelopment will turn the existing building into a mix a mix of 72 independent living apartments, 55 assisted living apartments and 28 memory care apartments. Other than adding several apartments and a shared recreation space to parts of the roof, the building will retain its present configuration.

The presentation was followed by a lively Q&A session. Ted encouraged Heights residents with further questions to reach out to him directly at 781 619-9325 or tdoyle@lcbseniorliving.com.

Thanks to all who attended, Ted & Lee and the Needham Channel for a successful and information meeting for the Needham Heights Neighborhood Association.
